I wouldn't call this place, they seem like scammers over the phone asking for card information before even knowing what the problem is. then charging customers to cancel, when all it is would be scheduling change so they will get money out of you one way or another wash your hands and don't call

A big thank you to Ryan for coming out to replace our ice maker. He was on time, friendly and cleaned up before he left. This company responded quickly to my request and got me on their schedule within a couple days. I definitely recommend Mr. Appliance and Ryan for any repairs you need.
