They are very good at what they do! If you’re a Wolf, SubZero, or Cove owner, you may have encountered them in the past. I had some warranty work done early in my ownership, and was pleased when Josh, my tech from several years go was assigned. I had a Speed Oven problem, which he diagnosed in about 30 seconds. He had the parts and was very careful with the replacement, so as to not damage a molded frame part of the unit. Impressed that he took the time to warn me that that piece could possibly crack in the process. He finished the job in short order, tested it 3x, assuring me it was in great working order. All in all, you can’t beat the service. That’s a great reason to buy the brand, other than the great looks, and performance. Service over the long run is worth the price. Well done!
