JR was fantastic. He inspected a crack in my stem wall and explained clearly to me why it did not need to be fixed. Since I was selling the property, he also provided several quotes for me to resurface the crack if I needed to. He also helped me validate that the crack was misdiagnosed by another concrete company who quoted me for much too high a price (likely an honest mistake). I'm incredibly grateful for his help.
