Scott did an amazing job. I was buying a new construction house in Flagstaff and I though it should be all good, but still decided to have Scott check it out. He was super helpful identifying a lot of issues that were minor (only one major) and made my life much easier with the builder. Scott is great to work with, responsive and does a very good inspection.
