Andy was my technician again for this service, we are very pleased with his thoroughness and patience in answering questions. I had the distinct feeling that he was not looking to find something wrong or sell me something, rather, a complete checkup and reporting of the facts! I will definitely hire this company again. 5/8/2024 had my spring checkup for the air conditioners. The company sent Colbie on this trip, an Army vet and a straight shooter in my opinion. I was very pleased with the work he did and advise he offered. He was happy to explain some of the mystery about these checkups. I will definitely ask for him next time.
