I gave it a full 24 hrs before writing this review. For months my PS5 was shutting down without warning. I would have had to replace my console if it wasn't for this man taking time out of his day to assess the issues. People leaving 1 star reviews probably came into his business with an entitled attitude. The man is straight forward and to the point when he talks. That's how it should be when his business revolves around time. I would highly recommend this business if you have any tech issues.
