Through no fault of this location, U-Haul let me reserve equipment that this location doesn’t have, and didn’t decide to inform either me or the location about this issue until the time that I had to pick it up. Despite this, the crew here went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue and get my reservation back on track. I’d like to specifically thank Isaac and especially Ben for both being wonderful and doing more than was required of them to help me out, they were the best!
