XM Home Services completed exterior painting, with minor carpentry repairs. The quality of the work and materials used was excellent, I can recommend them with confidence. Xavier was extremely responsive to my request for proposals. His estimate was not the lowest price, but was the most detailed and comprehensive. I appreciate that XM was able to provide all the trades: painting, carpentry and electrical, in-house. Once the job was awarded, he was helpful and patient as I explored color options and applied samples to different parts of the house. He honored his estimate, even as there were slight changes to the finished job. The crew on site was punctual, polite and fun to work with. They listened to my suggestions and provided excellent solutions as challenges arose. Clean-up was thorough each day, and the property was left in great shape at the end of the job. The house looks great, with many compliments from neighbors and passers by. Again, I highly recommend XM Home Services.
