From my first phone call until the final handshake AZ Termite Specialists were very customer friendly, had extensive expertise and completed the job quickly. Robert and his helper did a great job. They were courteous and patient answering all my questions. Do not hesitate to hire this terrific team of professionals.

If you are looking for a new pest control company.....this is NOT the one. It's never a good sign when you schedule an appointment and are given a 9-11am time slot and told you will get a call 20 minutes before arrival and you stay home and wait and waste your time only for that company to be a no show and no call. So much for customer service and family run business. I won't be calling you back!

Amazing job!! I called John, the owner, he came out the next day for the inspection. Shortly after I made an apt for the treatment and he came right out. Very happy!
