We used Troy for the first time in May after our previous sitter had quit the business and we couldn't be happier! We had him visit our 2 cats for 4 days for 30 minutes each. Troy was a great communicator, sending pictures when he could, and I never had any doubts that he was taking great care of our cats. You could tell that Troy genuinely cared about their wellbeing and that was greatly appreciated. The process to sign up was easy, the price was right, and I will definitely be using this service again! Highly recommend.

I have booked 2 pet settings with The Comforted Kitty and both times have been fantastic :) It’s very easy to book and pay through the portal which kicks off the process smoothly. My sitter, Mike, is prompt, has excellent communication before and throughout the booking, while also truly caring about my Binx and his well being. I love the daily updates (and pictures!) I get which puts my worries at ease when I am away from home for more than a few nights.
