We have a service plan for various things like plumbing, sewer, and drain coverage. When we had a leaky toilet and a clogged bathroom sink at our place in Oro Valley, we called Baxter Brothers Plumbing. Dwayne came out and did a fantastic job—he replaced the seal under the toilet, tightened the screws and nuts that connect the water tank, and made sure all the flushing parts were working right. Even though the crew was originally supposed to come on Thursday morning, the owner called and let us know they could come earlier, on Wednesday morning, because of the rainy weather. They got right to work, fixed the toilet, and snaked the bathroom sink drain. Based on the great service we received, we'll be calling them for all our plumbing needs from now on.

We reached out to Baxter Brothers Plumbing in Oro Valley after several other plumbers couldn't fit us in for a possible clogged drain. They were the first to call us back right away. James, who handled the scheduling, was great—he got us in for a same-day appointment and answered all our questions. He let us know when the plumbers were on their way, and they showed up soon after. Brody and Dwayne arrived, listened carefully as we explained the problem, and were both knowledgeable and respectful of our home. They made sure to clean up everything after finishing the job. Since we hadn’t worked with plumbers before, they made us feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly, and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

After several days of dealing with a gas smell in our home and other companies saying it was just leftover from a pool pump installation, James from Baxter Brothers Plumbing came out and found not just one, but two leaks in our gas lines. He really went the extra mile—coming back a few times to grab the right tools and even working well into the night to get everything fixed up.
