Jacob and his team are wonderful. We maintained our own pool at our previous home and after having Big Wave Pools we will never go back to that. They make owning a pool all play no work. From providing all of the chemicals, to the weekly maintenance, to the quarterly filter cleanings, we dont lift a finger. On top of that, they are always just a text away when we have an issue. Yesterday we woke up to a crack in our pump and water spraying everywhere, Jacob was at the house within a couple hours to check it out, and today it is already fixed and back up and running.
