Richard did a great job identifying the properties that my wife and I were interested in and scheduling the viewings. We traveled in from out of the area, and Richard had it all setup. Richard also managed the purchase offer and dealt with the details of the property inspection, disclosures, and completion of all of the paperwork. Everything went smoothly. Richard won't disappoint.

Even though the lender was unbearable to work with Richard was able to keep things on track and get the deal done and even was able to negotiate a better deal for my mom during this housing explosion. He knew exactly what the seller was looking for and made sure we were able to exceed their demands so my mom was for sure going to get the house she wanted. If you want to work with someone who cares about you and is willing to take the time to get you the best deal possible Richard is the guy. On a side note we had to deal with a horrible lender ("AmeriFirst Financial") whom I don't recommend. In fact I would avoid them like the plague.

Anytime I had a question all I had to do was reach out. He answered all my questions while explaining each step. He made me feel safe and secure through the whole process. He went as far as sending me information on staging and curb appeal. And being a organic gardener, he brought us organic vegetables and spices every time we met.
