We had to get new carpeting and had to disconnect the TV< etc. to move the TV and stand. In putting it all back together I didn't have it quite right and close just doesn't cut it. I called yesterday and they were fully booked until a week from today. Roland was able to fit us into the schedule today and Miguel came out to remedy the problem. He was so personable and competent! In short order he had it all sorted out and did such a wonderful job. I wasn't sure my husband would survive the Thanksgiving weekend, with all of the football games, with no TV!!! Thanks Miguel. You're the best! Our experience with Automaton Specialists Inc. has been unfailingly positive.
