Our original Enphase Solar installer is no longer in business. I was referred to Elevation Solar. Eric handled my inquiry about our systems current functionality. He walked me through process over the phone. Extremely satisfied with the level of service I received.

I wish I could give zero stars. They offered a cancel anytime subscription service with Curb, but guess what when you call or email to cancel they say it will be taken care of but they keep charging and you keep having to reach out to them. The service they supposed to provide is useless.

Envision and elevation do business together. We chose Envision Solar after interviewing multiple companies. While other solar providers warned us about the reliability of microinverters in Arizona’s extreme heat, we ultimately trusted Envision’s sales rep, who assured us their equipment was reliable and that their team actively monitored system performance. That turned out to be a major mistake. In just the first year, our system went down twice due to microinverter issues — exactly what we were warned about. To their credit, Envision sent a tech out to troubleshoot, and things got back up and running. But that was only the beginning of our problems. By August 2025, I noticed our APS bill had tripled compared to previous years. I checked our Enphase app and found our system hadn’t produced any power for over two months. When I called elevation, they dismissed it as a WiFi issue — even though the system had no power at all. I performed a hard reset myself, and it temporarily powered back up, only to shut down completely again within 36 hours. I called again and spent over an hour on hold, only to be told again that it was a WiFi problem. Elevations support team continued to give me the runaround, ignoring the obvious signs that there was a real hardware failure. To make matters worse, when I asked about the repeated equipment issues within just two years of owning the system, I was told that although faulty parts may be covered by the manufacturer, elevation Solar charges labor fees to replace them. That’s outrageous for a system that’s supposed to last 20+ years and is still under warranty. We were sold a system based on half-truths and empty promises. The so-called “monitoring team” never alerted us to any production failures. We were the ones who had to catch the issue after two months of lost power. And now we’re expected to pay labor fees just to get the broken equipment they sold us replaced. I regret choosing elevation Solar and strongly advise others to think twice — especially if you live in a climate like Arizona where equipment is pushed to the limit. You might save money upfront, but it could cost you much more in the long run. My name is Erica Rodriguez on contract if you now want to talk after a bad review. Thanks
