This is the second year we've had our palm tree trimmed by Branch Management Tree Service and we've had a very good customer service experience both times. We met with Albert first for the estimate; he was knowledgeable and professional. When my husband called to schedule the service this year, he specifically asked for Margarito who trimmed our palm tree last year. Margarito is very professional and does a great job! It was obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his profession! He communicated well and made it obvious to us that he personally desired customer satisfaction. We were also very pleased when Margarito expressed to us that he wanted to let our neighbors know he would clean up some tree trimmings that had fallen from our tree, over the block wall and into our neighbors yard. This year we changed arborists to Branch Management and they did a beautiful job. In addition to tree trimming for both health and storm-readiness, they fertilized our trees, re-set our watering schedule, and provided helpful advice. We’re pleased with the service provided by Albert and his crew and look forward to working together in the future.
